Adopt-a-Class Sponsorship Application

Sponsors may indicate preference of which classroom(s) or special area(s) they wish to adopt. If you have no preference, indicate that below and your sponsorship will be applied to a classroom that has not been adopted.

If you DO have a preference, you may choose to either list specific classroom(s) (by teacher name), and/or select from one of our specials areas.

Classroom sponsorships will be assigned in the order in which they are received. Teachers are fully adopted when they reach $500 for their class. Once a classroom has been fully adopted, additional adoptions will be applied to grade-level purchases.
