How to Enter class participation contest:
Put your child’s name & teacher name on your restaurant receipt and drop it in the RED raffle box at the restaurant OR snap a quick picture of the entire receipt and email it to fundrasing@harbordalehsa.com
Mention Harbordale or Dine Out to Donate and the restaurant will donate 20% of your purchases back to HSA
