The Harbordale School Association (HSA) is a group that helps make Harbordale Elementary School awesome! We work with families and the school to make learning fun and memorable. The HSA plans cool events like Pumpkin Pizzazz, Walkathon, and the Holiday Shop. These events make school exciting for everyone.
The HSA not only helps raise money for school programs and events, but it also lets parents meet each other, talk to the school’s leaders, and find ways to help out.
Monthly Social Events: HSA’s Monthly Social Events are a great way to hang out, have fun, and meet new people.
Advocate for Change: The Monthly School Advisory Committee and School Advisory Forum meetings (SAC/SAF) let you speak up and help make important school decisions. Join us on the last Tuesday of the month.
Volunteering: Volunteering at school shows kids that education is important. By helping out, you can get closer to your child and be seen as an active part of the school community.
Membership: Joining the HSA helps give Harbordale students better resources, programs, and opportunities. Every parent’s help makes a big difference. Together, we can do great things for our kids and their school. Your voice and efforts really matter.
Gain Insights: Come to our monthly meetings to learn about upcoming events and programs. It’s a great way to meet other parents and make new friends. We have coffee, snacks, and updates from the Principal. Can’t come in person? Join us on Zoom!
Making Memories: HSA helps to capture lasting memories each year with our yearbook and birthday marquee.
Sponsorship Opportunities: The HSA has lots of ways for businesses to help out. We have an adopt-a- class program to get teachers everything they need, a banner program to show off sponsors, and walkathon sponsorships that put your company logo on our Friday shirts!
Fundraising: With your help, the HSA raises money for things the school budget can’t cover.
